1. Developed water-based resin, and had certain research on product performance and application;

2. Formulation of raw material standards and inspection methods;

3. Responsible for the formulation of conventional resin production process, product standards and inspection methods, and submit all kinds of written materials such as RESEARCH and development reports and summaries as required to form technical accumulation;

4. Responsible for quality control and inspection of conventional resin products;

5. Prepare the R&D plan of the project and submit it to the technical department manager for approval, and be responsible for solving the technical difficulties in the r&d and application process; 6. Guide the experiment of R&D work, check the team's work quality and progress, and carry out technical exchanges; 7. Responsible for the development, adjustment and confidentiality of the original formula; Responsible for cost reduction of original formula and replacement of raw materials; 8. Responsible for the pilot test, technical exchange, technical support and technical review of the project, and participate in the pilot test of the project; 9. Responsible for continuous improvement, substitution of raw materials and cost reduction of the project; 10.
